Simon Escott
Co-Founder
Simon brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience as a business leader. He has a unique perspective acquired over many years as a successful Managing Director within the manufacturing sector.
Somewhat a visionary, Simon nurtures a can-do culture, encouraging and enabling innovation; whilst striving for excellence.
Simon has a degree in Business from Warwick University.
Sean Folan
Co-Founder
Sean has 15 years' experience in the NHS as a frontline Healthcare Scientist specialising in Critical Care, including ward and theatre environments. Over this period he has attained Undergraduate qualifications focusing on Applied Medical Technology, Clinical Physiology, as well as a Masters Degree in Strategic Quality Management. He is a recognised assessing officer for the National School of Healthcare Science. A role he still performs and enjoys.
Previous to healthcare, Sean completed an apprenticeship with the British Army, and was a Sapper in the Royal Engineers.
Peter Vaughan
Co-Founder
Initially trained as a toolmaker with several years of manufacturing experience, Pete currently works in Quality Assurance and has covered all aspects from mechanical inspection, Quality Assurance and Quality Management with over 35 years' experience in the highly regulated Aerospace and Defence sector.
Pete is a Member of the Chartered Quality Institute and a Chartered Quality Professional and has recently completed his Masters Degree in Strategic Quality Management.
Wayne Gittins
Co-Founder
Wayne has over 20 years' experience within Quality Assurance in the highly regulated Aerospace and Defence sector, and recently completing his Masters Degree in Strategic Quality Management.
Wayne also has an extensive manufacturing knowledge including machining and finishing of aircraft wing and fuselage structures gained from working with OEM's on the Airbus A320, A380 and the Hawker 125 executive jet.
